Shipping policy

Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-4 business days. However, while I aim to always meet this standard, it cannot be guaranteed. In the case of a sudden influx of orders, or during busy seasonal times such as Black Friday or Christmas, fulfillment may take longer.

If I am on holiday or otherwise unavailable, orders will not be fulfilled until I return. In this case, a notice will be posted on the homepage.

Shipping Times
All orders are shipped from my home studio in Leoben, Austria. We currently ship exclusively within the EU, with plans to expand to new countries in 2022.

  • Orders shipping within Austria will typically arrive within 1-2 business days

  • Orders shipping to other EU countries will typically arrive within 2-8 business days

These shipping estimates are in addition to the order processing times mentioned above.

Shipping Costs
Shipping to Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, Poland, Belgium, Hungary, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Slovakia, and Slovenia is charged at a flat rate which varies for each country. Free shipping is offered once the total order value has crossed a certain threshold, which also varies for each country. Specifics can be found in the table below.

Shipping to all other EU countries will vary based on order size and weight and will be eligible for free shipping after the total order value crosses the free shipping threshold, as detailed in the table below.

Customs, Duties, & Import Fees
International customers outside of the EU are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may be placed on their orders. Unfortunately, because policies vary so greatly from country to country, I cannot tell you whether you will incur any fees, nor what those fees might be.

Additionally, all international customers are responsible for knowing what is and is not allowed to be imported into their country. If your order is held or confiscated upon entry into your country, your order will not be refunded.

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please do not send items back to us until you have submitted a return request and we have approved it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags or labels attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for arranging the return shipment and for all return shipping charges.

Some items, such as personalized goods, mystery packs, or digital downloads, may not be eligible for returns.

We do not offer exchanges or cancellations.
